Playing is one of a childâs favorite things to, and boy do we have the best place for them to do it! Here at My Lilâ Town, we have the most unique kidsâ play area in Granada Hills!... Read More
Awesome place for little ones. Took my kids here, and they throughly enjoyed it. They have a dance party every hour.!!! Which the kids absolutely love. Its clean. And friendly... read more staff.
Absolutely ADORABLE inside! We decided to try it out because they have amazing evening and weekend hours. We walked in the front door into a pretend city wonderland that my... read more 3.5 year old LOVED! Â We cannot wait to go back!
We love love love this play place. First of all it's super clean which is a huge plus. Second they are so friendly and so much to do. My daughter... read more loves the ball pit and the huge slides. We will definitely be back!
Ugh, so so disappointed. I've brought my two daughters here for months, at least twice a week and absolutely loved this place. It was one of the only places that... read more really occupied our almost 3 year old for a solid few hours and had her running around, climbing, dressing up. It was our go to!
Then they set up all of these video games and arcades all over the play area â Now instead of running around and being creative, playing with other kids our 3 year old is attracted and consumed by these arcade games. I understand the bringing in additional revenue for the establishment and it is a business, I get it but I'm really bummed they had to put them in the middle of all our kids favorite little areas. It would've been nice if they separated off a space for older kids to put the arcades and didn't place them right in the middle of all the play areas. Just disappointed
I absolutely cannot go to sleep without posting a review about this place! We celebrated our daughters 2nd birthday here today! It was such a blast! We threw a private... read more party and it was incredible! We had grandpas and adults going down slides! Aside from being a kids wonderland, the owners were so accommodating through all my inquiries ( and I had a few!), the girls that helped set up and clean up where so sweet and did an incredible job! You could tell they were exhausted after! We will definitely be coming back for open play and for more parties! Including some of our guests! Thank you Anna for answering all my annoying questions, and thank you to the girls today that did such a great job! You guys made our little girls frozen dream come true! The fireworks the snow the candles everything was beautiful!
Loved this place so much even have a pass but they added arcade games and it kind of takes away from this place being so unique. They are scattered all... read more over in random spots that don't make sense at all and don't go along with the theme of the rooms. It would be nice if they had them separated or not there at all truthfully. It makes it feel like it's leaning towards being like Chuck E. Cheese. Â still will take my daughter because she loves it there but just was kind of disappointed.
Love this place!
Pros:
-Extremely spacious
-They have short dance parties that the kiddos love
-Abundant seating area for parents
-Tons of items for kids to play with
Cons:
-The walk from the parking area to... read more the front door is a little distant and doesn't feel safe when walking with toddlers
-Some of the toys do not work and can be fixed by changing batteries or just replacing them. (and they are not newly out of order because I have gone weeks apart and they still don't work)
-Wish there was someone tidying up the items because kids are leaving  messes everywhere and other kids have to pick up items from the floor to play with them
-It would be great for parents to have seating areas in the main play area as well so that parents are not sitting on kids furniture, blocking areas of play from the kiddos
My grandson loves this place it's an inside jungle gym an expanded Mc Donald's we just went for hour and half he had a blast
I brought my 2.5 year old son here last week and he absolutely loved it. Not only did he love the play areas (and themed rooms) but he loved the... read more periodic "dance parties" with bubbles. I would definitely come back as well as recommend this place to my friends and family. The only downside was the parking lot in the back- I had to walk through the alley with my son while there was a sketchy homeless man pacing back and forth.
This is without a doubt the best indoor playground around. You can tell everything created here is with kids in mind. Greg is so professional and kind. I celebrated  my... read more sons birthday here and they were  extremely punctual (they were strict on the 2hr limit) but it's totally understandable and I loved that we were all able to have  a good time  and go back home without having to  take anything with us other than presents.
Their 2019 Christmas holiday party was amazing, off the charts, my kids wrote letters to Santa and they both got construction trucks they wanted Who does that? This business loves to give back to their community not only were kids picked for gifts like my were but they gave their leftover pizza to homeless.
I highly recommend you checking out this venue or the new ones coming to Burbank and Pasadena. I know I'll be taking my kids to their future holiday parties because all my friends that saw my posting in IG were asking about it.
We love going to MyLittleTown. It is a fun, clean and such a cute indoor playground. The name says it all, it looks like a little town for the little... read more ones, with a market for grocery shopping with all the fruits and food that look so real. They also have a fire station, police station, medical, kitchen, bank, school. All very very cute. My son loves playing there. Also the playground is really nice with the slide that all kids love and so many other things to play with. They play nice music for the kids, and usually they play a video with lights hourly, Â very fun, kids love it. They do amazing events there. We went to the Christmas event and it was awesome!!!! They made sure that all the kids get a toy and also granted wishes for the kids that wrote a letter to santa. Very nice of them. They had Santa Claus, Elf, Mickey and Minnie appearances at this event and we could take pics. Also there was a snow and fireworks display. Really nice event!!! Very nice playground for the little ones
This place is super cute! I've been trying all the indoor playgrounds for my two year old and this has to be my favorite. The staff is always so friendly... read more the playground itself is visibly clean, and it has soooo much to do. Well worth the $15 cover charge.
Brought my nephew and daughter her on Saturday . It was amazing not over crowded, clean ,and the kids had an amazing time
My lil son was begging to go here, apparently, says his mom as she dropped him off. So my lil son and I got in my lil car and we... read more drove up my lil 405 in the carpool lane. Did you know that any human, regardless of age, counts as a second passenger, according to California law? This means that you can use the carpool lane with a one week old baby that is clearly never going to use a car on its own. Weird. But advantageous for those of us with children. My dad was also in the car so this is a moot point, but I felt compelled to share this info in the hopes that others will benefit from it.
My lil son had a great time here. I took lots of videos on my lil iPhone and when we were done I added a few of them to my lil story on my lil instagram. My lil heart was full as I watched him enjoy his Saturday afternoon. My lil belly was hungry because I neglected to eat lunch before we arrived, but it's OK. A full lil heart is greater than a full lil belly.
We went here for a first time to have our twins blow off some steam during a cold day, and to our surprise it's great. Â Not too big, great "wait... read more location" for parents. Â Bathrooms were very kid friendly and cheerful. Â Staff was nice. Â Starbucks across the street ð
Only negative is parking. Virtually none available and the rear parking makes it that you have to walk through a narrow (car) alley.
We attended the lil chefs cooking event and my son and I loved it. Ana is amazing with kids. What an incredible experience. We Definitely recommend this place.
Rock star statice for the kids
Fun clean and safe
We will be back
.........................
Highly recommended for kids toddler's babies and special events
My daughters (5 & 7) love this place. There is a giant playground and play city (doctor office, diner etc). Tons of pretend play but their favorite thing at My... read more Lil Town are the impromptu dance parties with bubbles. So fun!
Good place for kids to have fun... people are great, my son love everything about the place, my wife and I where looking for a place just like this one,... read more we will most definitely be back
The place is nice/clean and the staff are friendly. There's plenty of things to keep my kids occupied for two hours. I think a vending machine could make the parents... read more happier and the place more money.
The parking in the rear and having to walk through a uneven and trashy alley was not ideal. I wouldn't want to walk back there at night. Park in front of you can.
Lots of areas to climb and crawl. Several town "structures" like a bank, grocery store, hospital, etc. I saw someone carefully cleaning every little item, which I appreciate. Nice eating... read more area and bathroom. Staff was polite but not super fun and friendly as I've experienced at other spots. Lots of fun cars, areas to run. Awesome ball pit. Note: For the time being, their movie nights are not happening (website mentions them). Parking in back, two lots, can get very full though even on weekdays. Also street parking.
Only reason I'm even rating a 1 Star is because i can't rate any lower. I have been to this place a couple of times before since they've opened, and... read more always had a good experience until today. I don't normally even rate businesses, but I can't shake off the unbelievable experience we had.
I could not believe what we were told when we arrived. Aside from charging higher than 95% of indoor playgrounds ($15 for 2 hrs), we were also told that it was their "policy" to charge $5 per family for any food that we brought in. Now, that would be completely understandable IF they actually had their own menu and served food there and we decided to bring our own, but they don't even serve as much as coffee there!!
To top it off, not only did they insist on charging one $5 fee for wanting to bring in 1 pizza to feed our 3 hungry kids (it was me and a friend), they said they had to charge us $10 because we were considered 2 families and walked in together. Once again, we were going to share 1 pizza!!!! I even asked the front desk lady: "what if I wanted to share this pizza with 10 other kids inside, are you going to charge each child's parent $5 for having a slice of my pizza"? Unbelievably she said yes, that is our policy. Wow, unbelievable!!! Talk about being petty, greedy and trying to squeeze their customers for every dime possible! Not enough that they already charge an arm and a leg for entering the place! It's not even about the $5, which won't break my bank, it's about the principle of the ask! As I said, there is absolutely no rhyme or reasoning behind their "charging for food policy", since they aren't offering their own menu. Pathetic and a very good way to lose clientele over! I truly hope that $10 they made on us was worth the 2 return customers they lost, hundreds/thousands of dollars we may have spent there in the future, as well as our large mom community that we will make sure to spread the word too! I was even planning on talking to them about a potential birthday there, but he'll will freeze over before that thought ever crosses my mind again.
I am all for earning your keeps and running a profitable business, but there is a difference between greed, poor customer service and making a living! Shame on you!
This indoor playground is such a fun filled , interactive space with a huge structure where kids can climb ,slide, and play . They have such cute spaces where kids can... read more experience dramatic play in various settings such as "school" or "gas station " to say the least .
Every time I want to take my little one to go play on a play date or just because, I always mention this place , it's unlike any other . It's an organized space full of many options for the kids to be busy for hours , and impeccably clean. Staff are very welcoming and sweet. It's also reasonably priced to play for the day or for 2 hours ( whatever fits your needs)
Not only is this place.
amazing and interactive for children , the people who own and run it are so giving and such good human beings. They recently had a Christmas event which we attended and WOW, the way they gave back to the community was heartfelt. There were crafts, Santa , The Grinch , characters, food, music, drinks, "snow" from the ceiling, bubbles, gifts that were granted (for children who dropped  letters that into santas mailbox at my lil town. And all of this for SUCH a reasonable price. So thankful to have people like this who are truly excited for the happiness of children and giving back . On Instagrams story, I saw how the owner delivered Fresh boxes of hot pizza to the homeless. They are very generous and I wish them continued success.
Thanks again for creating a fun and safe place for kids to express themselves through play ! Looking forward to more play dates and fun !

My 5 year old also enjoyed it as they had different make believe play area e.g, police station, doctor office, etc,.
I'd definitely come back if I'm around the area.
Parking either on the street or the back of building, not the side, they will tow your car away!
Enjoy!
P.S VERY well maintained and have hand sanitizer throughout.
Love love this place!

I'm happy I found this place. It keeps my 2yr old daughter busy for 2hrs straight. There are plenty of different themes, playground area, bikes, cars, etc for kids to... read more play with. This place is a great option if you are a work-from-home parent and you need to get out of the house for a few hours. They have free wifi and plenty of tables with power outlets. I'm able to bang out a few emails and work on business related stuff while not being bothered! The staff is friendly and they are constantly cleaning down the toys with anti-bacterial wipes.
I'm writing this review in hopes that other parents find some clarity before booking a party. I love My Lil Town on a day to day basis but they fell... read more short for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. This might seem all over the place but I'm typing as it comes to mind.... 1) Entire booking process is done online which is very simple and effective.  They give you a list of themes and towards the end you can enter a custom theme if you like. There is a lack of communication after you book the party! I had to go up there 2 times just to see the space and measure it. I chose a custom theme so it wasn't until I text them that they sent me a photo of the kids table items! 2) If you're really into party planning and paying attention to details this might not be the place for you! You're only allowed 15 mins before your party to decorate! I don't know about you but I can not decorate for a party in 15 mins. I ended up finishing decorating 30 mins into the party after guests already started to arrive. I wasn't even able to put up all the decorations due to the time constraint!  3) The meal for the kids is literally just Pizza Hut and water/juice! That's it.... You must provide food and beverages for adults but the plus side is they allow you to bring in liquor! 4) While I was able to drop off some belongings beforehand, my balloon lady told me they were rude when she dropped off the 1st garland and ask if she had permission and who was going to watch the garland. For $1800, I should be able to drop off what I want for my daughters party! 5) Included in the package seems like you're getting some kool things but you're not! The rock climbing wall was only opened for 30 mins if that! The TVs were never turned on for the entire 3 hrs! 6)The children do not receive gift bags! Thank God I brought my own! They are able to pick a gift from the wall once they leave! That is the "gift bag"! 7)Face painting = an employee that does little girls make up and hair! Unfortunately, the birthday girl didn't get hers done, only 2 girls out if the entire party got it done! 8) The lasers depicting an image on the walls was supposed to be  ice cream cones! I was told the day before  the party that they couldn't get ice cream cones and will display a rainbow. 9) Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful! There was 1 girls that were on her cell phone the entire time but the other ladies were truly gems! 10) Parking sucks! There's only the small parking lot in the back since you're at risk of being towed if you park anywhere else. 11) The pictures that come w/ the package, w/ all due respect are horrible . You get 5 shots of the same thing Ana barely any good pictures of the bday girl. The pictures look like they were taken by an amateur and they forget to tell you that you have to wait 3 weeks to receive the photos and video supposedly. My daughters party was on Feb 8 and I have yet to receive the video! Still waiting on the owners phone call regarding that but.....  12) No return coupon was given for the bday girl after reading other reviews I realized they don't give these out but you must return and give your child's name for free entrance... 13) A special gift for the birthday girl was supposed to be provided and it wasn't unless it's the gift from the wall that all the other kids picked from before she got to pick hers since we left last ... So honestly for $1800 + tax because I paid for an extra hr , it would've normally been $1400 + tax I believe. I just don't think it's worth it ! Now granted, I love the setup and the kids had a ball ! These are just some behind the scenes things that irritated me! I hope this review helps you all! If you're not into party planning and decorations this is the place for you! But if you're like me, I think you should look at other options. I will return to my lil town for normal play but I would not host another party at this location!
We won't be back unless they get rid of all the electronic game machines. It's too bad since we have been customers and taking our grandkids since they opened. It's... read more over-stimulating and it has lost it's charm in order for them to gain a few extra bucks from families. Really?! I'd rather they have charged an extra dollar for entrance fee than look at all the ugly machines and distract from healthy kids play. I'm giving 2 stars today because the lady at the front desk is sweet.
